Your Mit Kit arrives in plain, unbranded packaging — dispatched promptly from our UK warehouse, with full tracking.

UK shipping.

We ship across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail.

International shipping.

We ship worldwide. International delivery is a flat rate of £19, with arrival within two weeks of dispatch.

Customs charges and import duties may apply depending on your destination country. These are payable on arrival and outside our control. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

How we package your order.

Every Mit Kit ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no reference to Mit Kit on the outside of the box — because intimate care is personal, and your privacy matters.

Inside, your Mit Kit arrives in its signature branded packaging, sealed for hygiene with a clearly visible hygiene seal. Once the hygiene seal is broken, the product cannot be returned (see our Returns Policy).

Tracking your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Follow your Mit Kit from our warehouse to your door in real time.

If you have not received your tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then get in touch.

If your order does not arrive.

We dispatch every order within 24 hours. Most UK deliveries arrive within the windows above; international deliveries arrive within two weeks. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 21 days (international), please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

For lost or undelivered items, we will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

A note on delivery times

Delivery estimates are based on working days after dispatch, not after you place your order. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
