The method in four steps.
1. WET
Slip the V-Mit onto two or three fingers and wet both sides.
2. CLEANSE
Start with the blue side for the back: perianal skin.
3. FLIP
Tug the ear and turn to the ivory side for the front: vulva and labia. Rinse, squeeze, hang to dry.
4. FINISH
Dry with the Finishing Cloth: ivory for the front, blue for the back. Always pat, never rub.

V-Mit works effectively without an intimate wash. We recommend adding just a small drop of intimate wash to the blue side of the mitten to cleanse the perianal area only. Cleanse the vulva and labia with water alone, using the mitten’s soft fibres.
The two-tone design makes separation simple. Apply the ivory side for the front (vulva/labia)and the blue side for the back (perineum area), using the side tug to pull and flip effortlessly, following back first and front after method of cleansing by Mit Kit.
